The first night we were there the cable and internet were out. We requested service daily and left a daily tip. The second night we were there we came back to our room with tip gone and nothing else done. The third night bed made but bathroom never touched. Usually stay once or twice a year. We will stay somewhere else on our next visit. Never offered a discount. So sad.

The floor in the room was filthy, ESPECIALLY in the bathroom. It looked loke urine all over the bathroom floor. Walls were also dirty. You need to paint every couple years.
Beds were good and check-in was quick.
I didn't expect a 5-star hotel, but I do expect it to be clean and sanitary.
