"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

"The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The king size bed was very comfortable. Their air conditioning system did go on the fritz our last two days there. While not optimal, they provided a fan as they worked on their system. Afterwards, they continued to apologize for the inconvenience and provided a little gift. The breakfast was very good. Not merely a Continental one. It was also quiet at night. Overall it was a very comfortable stay."

"Staff were attentive, kind, and helpful with anything you need. The property is beautiful and quiet - just how I liked it. My mother & I were able to lay by the pool and read our books, then head to the city for sightseeing. We felt comfortable returning to the property late night; the street and property felt safe to walk. We enjoyed the breakfast: fresh made organic eggs, fresh coffee, tea, pastries, and fruit. We even bought some of their freshly made tomato jam made on their local farm. We would definitely recommend the property to our family and friends!!! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!"

"This place is well situated near Cais do Sodre and the time out market (10 minute walk). The bed and space in the suite is comfortable, and has a nice view from the beautiful large windows. There are two bars downstairs that get pretty full at night, so if you are sensitive to loud noises you may want to avoid. This didn’t bother us though. Management was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."
