"The room is nice, the bed is not comfy there fridge is empty no microwave. We had a bad experience during our check in late night the receptionist was rude and they are not proffesional im not saying all of them. But they resolve the issues after we complain."

"The room is very dated and the lift was extremely slow. The breakfast selection was very limited (I paid $1,200 php for it) and I was not served the eggs that I’ve ordered after waited for 30 mins. Bad experience and would not suggest the hotel to my family, friends and colleagues."

"The room we booked had too many cockroaches, it felt uncleaned and no essentials (towels) other than soap were provided. We requested to change rooms, although the same situation occurred, with the cockroaches resulting us to find another hotel. Housekeepers were polite & helpful. When we filed a complaint to the front desk, they had told us it occurs to everyone else and that they don’t do pest controls. I wouldn’t reccommend this hotel."

"As always, Edsa shangrila delivers what a 5 star hotel should. Exceptional and courteous staff, clean rooms and well stocked amenities. Pool was good too."

"Overall it is a nice getaway for a family/group. We stayed in a 4 bedroom suite for a family of 6. The only thing that is not good is the reception area. Upon arrival for a supposed check in at 3pm we have to wait for almost an hour for our room (mind you, I booked the hotel months ahead) and upon checking out, I have to remind the receptionist for the 2k pesos incidental fees, for which I have to wait longer before he clears us to check out. I suggest they need to upgrade their system of checking in and out for the convenience of guests."
