"First of all, please note that they don't accept early check-in, so I recommend not arriving earlier than the scheduled 3:00pm check-in time. Regarding the cleanliness, the building itself is quite dated. Hence, regardless of the cleaning efforts, there were issues with cockroaches in the room. As a precaution, please be sure not to leave any food outside of the fridge. Also, I found the bed to be very uncomfortable; it felt as hard as wood with only a topper on it. On a positive note, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was also excellent—just minutes away from all the shopping malls and restaurants—and the view from our room was amazing!!! And if you're looking for a place to chill while staying there, just go to the pool area, it is clean and it looks nice."
