I had the 2 bedroom suite and I loved how spacious it is. The staff is very helpful and their customer service is excellent. The only issue that I ran into is when washing an ms drying my clothes with the self serve laundry. The drying portion takes too long and still my clothes were somewhat wet after 1 hour.

The staff was the highlight of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made for a great customer service experience. Unfortunately, the room itself was very dated and didn’t match our expectations. The furniture was old, the couch had definitely seen better days, there were stains on the carpet and curtains, and even the toilet looked worn from age. Overall, the room felt outdated and in desperate need of a refresh. The one positive about the room was that it was clean, which was very much appreciated.

It’s a decent place to stay but quite old already. It’s proximity to Ortigas malls makes it appealing, though.
