What an amazing hotel! Clean and spacious rooms. It’s close to everything in BGC. The staff upheld exceptional customer service from check-in to checkout. I will definitely be staying here again in the future when I’m on vacation in Manila.

First time staying at Grand Hyatt. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the hotel/staff/property. Very nice rooms with a view. I was wondering why my room was so high then I realized the middle of the building is occupied by offices and a bank that as a guest do not have access to. I would stay again.

Good service in a modern hotel with all the amenities. The rooms as large and confortable for work. The price of the breakfast is exorbitant and the value is low.

The Grand Hyatt Manila has exceeded my expectation when it comes to fine hotel and services. The breakfast buffet that we stayed for 4 nights, three days were wholesome with proper service and etiquette. One of the server named Mono has brought me and my girlfriend with great enthusiasm and cherishable while he was serving us. We highly recommended to visit here again because of the great service and location this hotel has brought to our vacation :)

The food (bfast ) is ok , I’ve seen better , The house keepers are excellent , I commend Andrea (house keeping ). The staff at the second floor restaurant cafe are not attentive , and at one point they are busy gossiping . Hotel facilities are excellent .

Grand Hyatt BGC is by far my favorite place now to stay while I’m in Manila. The staff and service was top notch and not to mention the facilities were excellent and clean. The breakfast Buffet was excellent with almost all the cuisines that my husband and I love. They were additionally very accommodating knowing my husband had recently had surgery. It is a 20/10 for us! See you soon GH!
