This was the second time I've stayed at the Gramercy very friendly staff from and very secure and close to the Century Mall and many other shopping venues and also the night life my girlfriend loves the filling station restaurant the most will be back there again.

We stayed in this apartment as a hub only; Pros: (1) The Gramercy building is quiet and safe. (2) The security guards are alert, helpful, protective and polite (3) dining, coffee shops, mall, banks , etc are close by: safe to walk (4) great location Cons: (1) standard one key / one access card and all other unnecessary rules (2) no extra towel, zero wash clothes, zero paper towel, zero kitchen towel, water down shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap, not enough supply of toilet paper (3) cheap mattress: 1 mattress even sinking (4) apartment not well maintained.

The unit is clean and well maintained. It is safe with direct access to the Century mall. The grocery is nearby and there are a lot of restaurant around. The facilities are accessible and all staff are helpful and attentive .

good option of location, there were a grocery store shopping mall restaurants nearby, walkable and could be easy for you especialy your grocery needs. the unit is cleaned, very nice view outside on your terrace, if you would like to cook your own food, you can cook inside, there are available all utensils you need in cooking, rice cooker, cookware, plate etc.. over all it was great satesfied 4 days stayed in Gramercy Residence.

Over sold under performance!!

Was a good stay, the staff are very helpful and accommodating!! Very safe feeling… security is on the job! The room was pretty okay, was basic for the type of suite, the pictures before booking overplayed the actual rooms!! But was comfortable… the only let down was many cockroaches within the bathroom, kitchen and dining area!

Firstly the room and communication from the room owner was very good, BUT overall the experience was terrible, this is all due to Security and customer services. Security is just way over the top, most of them rude or arrogant. This goes most of the satff, not all but most. So really it just ruins the whole experience

My Gramercy Residence review

The residence could’ve had a tv package that offered sports. There was a slight insect problem within the apartment especially the bathroom. The check-in process should’ve been easier especially getting the elevator pass. Adding a linen service would be one of biggest recommendations. Also having a laundry service for guests personal laundry would be another recommendation. Overall my stay at the Gramercy Residence was average. The location of the residence was the best.

The area is ok close to Century Mall. The communication was poor. I tried to communicate with them a week before my stay and didn’t get much answers. The checking in process was tedious and overbearing. There were cockroaches everywhere. When I transferred to a studio room after my roommate left the ac was leaking and spit out ice hence the terrible flooring by the sliding doors. Spa was great and so was the pool and the other staff but the way it is managed is a bit much. Save yourselves the pain of this and go to a hotel.

Before Check-in, Dennise and Jenny were both response quickly about my concerns. Upon check-in the consiege is very helpful to direct me to 2nd floor to get my building pass from the security room. I met the security and was very nice and respectful. Our stay felt relaxing, and secured. The bulding security is very tight and the security personels are accommodating. The room is clean and very organize. I will definitely coming back to this unit.

Location was great. We had to come in a day earlier than originally planned, the two bedroom unit that we booked wasn’t available so we booked a one bedroom unit instead. The Rental company agent was very nice to let us stay longer the next day while we wait to check in to the two bedroom unit that we originally booked. The one bedroom unit (5909) was great, unit was clean. View was awesome! The only downside was there was not enough pillows. I booked it for 4 people since it said there is a futton bed in the living room but they only have 2 pillows in the main bedroom and no extra ones for the futton.
