「I love the place and the locations.」

「AC wasn’t working. The place is a little dark and cramped. No power outlets near the bed.」

「While not the original room shown in booking as a vip booked and claimed some expedia issue . They helped us relocate to another residence and I apreciate that very much」

「Room was very small.Advertised to accommodate 3-4 people which was impossible. There was one queen bed for two people and the rest will have to sleep on the floor. There was no place to keep your wardrobe other than your luggage. Very limited electrical outlet. You have to unplug the refrigerator to plug in the microwave. There were bugs noted crawling at night. In fairness, the building and the whole complex was nice and beautifully maintained. 」

「Excellent customer service with immediate response from their staff esp. Mr. Glenn. The room was good enough for 2 adults which was me and my mom. It is not spotless but good enough to get a good night's sleep with comfy bed and AC. I've seen and killed 3 tiny roaches. There's a fridge and kitchenette with utensils and cookwares. I never cooked during my stay as there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the area aside from the malls nearby. Two convenience store in the building. Clean...

「We had a safe, comfortable, and very accessible to the shopping malls and transportation too. Thank you.」
