「Felt very safe with the doormen, reception and the door locking system. Walkable to uptown mall, convenient and can just jump into a grab cab if need be. Air con was amazing since we went during their Summer. Would recommend and stay here when on BGC again.」

「Generally the apartment was good, however a window blind did not work and a separating door which slides was jammed so would not work effectively. Apart from that the apartment was good.」

「Good location easy access to everything. The place was small, owner/company not very receptive to request, no toilet tissue paper, no dish soap & hand towels, no toiletries provided. Noticed multiple small cockroaches.」

「Very close to Uptown Mall , Mitsukoshi BGC . The unit states that there is a washer and drier ( it was not working we found out later from the host . There was not an ad advance notice and it's availabilty was a factor in choosing the unit . The HOST says that they can refer us to an outside laundry service but never followed through of providing us the info . The unit also states a " maids quarters " which was locked and we were called 2x for them to come a d access the unit to get something...

「Stove knobs (to turn on) - faded or no labels can be read… Not sure which direct to turn for: on/low/medium/high./off Can be a fire hazard. Drying dish rack - far from the sink, how do you dry the dishes without getting the floor wet ( which can cause slip and fall). Too close to the stove, can melt the dish rack. Rubber mats in the bathrooms - should be inside the tube area and not on the outside as this is wats needs to prevent slippery floor. Main switch doesn’t work - according to the...

「The property was on a very good location !! That’s it rest all was horrible!! It’s so small property that it can only fit 3 persons and has advertised for max 10 people to stay !! That’s not right , the bed was not comfortable at all stains on the bed sheet as well , very small property if u have more then 3 people staying then don’t stay there !!! Bugs and flies were also found on the property!! Honestly we did not enjoy staying at the property at all !!」
