"Very budget friendly, minimalist clean room. The staff are wonderful. Location is unbeatable. Everything is close by from malls to eatery even spa thats open til midnight and not to mention the 7/11 which is attached to the hotel. "

"The staff are very good at what they do. The housekeeper who took care of my room during my 30 day stay is excellent. He paid a lot of attention to detail and if he had any questions, he asked. The kitchen in the unit was sufficient and modern. I had breakfast included in my plan for free but I only used it once - I don't get up early. The one time I did use it, I was not too impressed - everything was clean but there was a lack of variety especially for western guests. But that is such a minor issue. The property is located close to 2 malls and a decent area to walk around in. There are several small variety stores nearby and plenty of coffee choices - my favorite coffee place is located a short walk away in Ortigas Park - go find it. My sincere thanks to the Staff, especially my wonderful housekeeper."

"Breakfast was quite tasty. That was the best part. Room was meh. AC not strong enough, felt humid and muggy entire stay, had to ask maintenance to check AC filters. Room was booked for 2, and only one set of everything was provided and then on checkout, they had audacity to say there’s a missing robe. Like seriously? Toiletries were small and again, one tiny bottle of each provided. Had to purchase on own. Showers were terrible. Every ten seconds, the water temperature would change from super cold to super hot without touching the controls. It’s one thing to need time for shower to get warm/hot but the constant extremes in temperature is terrible. Amongst worst hotel stay ever. "

"Nice room, nice place. Just the breakfast at the 44th fooor was really not comfortable. The seats are for a lounge,to have a drink, not breakfast material where you want to be sitting comfortable in front of a table of the standard height. "

"Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. There needs to be some maintenance done as the tap leaked and things need to be upgraded. The finer details of cleaning could be improved. We had a great room with a view and enjoyed our stay but need to pass this on. Thanks "
