「The unit is clean and smells good. I just have some suggestions. Improve on your cutlery, shampoo and body wash is not sufficient. I suggest you provide dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The unit has no bottled water. I hope you can provide for your customers. The bottom door railing in the shower area is unsafe. We hit our toes several times and almost fell. 」

「Excellent customer service with immediate response from their staff esp. Mr. Glenn. The room was good enough for 2 adults which was me and my mom. It is not spotless but good enough to get a good night's sleep with comfy bed and AC. I've seen and killed 3 tiny roaches. There's a fridge and kitchenette with utensils and cookwares. I never cooked during my stay as there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the area aside from the malls nearby. Two convenience store in the building. Clean...

Just need to improve about swimmingpool policy atleast 1 2 or 3 person free 😊 Anyway this area has a nice swimmingpool but sad to say wasn’t free 100 per head and same prices to your kids weekdays ☹️. 「The building is still new and facilities are nice , only thing is the sofa and the dining chairs should be fixed or replaced. Specifically the dining chairs can cause injuries. Other than that everything are fine.」
