"Fantastic hotel. My daughter and I stayed one night and had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, the reception area was lovely and a great place for breakfast (which was delicious and free for my daughter as she is 8 years old). The room itself was spotless, comfortable and very quiet. We stayed in a room in floor one at the back. The shower was great and the use of the Ipad to control everything entertained my daughter! My only suggestion for improvement would be tea...

Our only complaints were how hot the rooms were( a/c never cooled it down and window barely cracked open). It would be unbearable in the summer and they tended to only give us two small towels.
