Hotel didn't have a travel map of Cairo, staff were not able to give accurate open and close times of attractions due to Ramadan. Otherwise staying within the confinds of the hotel walls is excellent
Loved how we could see the pyramids from our window. The pool area was very clean and nice. The buffet breakfast and dinner was great, excellent variety of food, and beautiful presentation. All staff was friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
it was very western, the property could have been anywhere in the world. Lights did not work - needed electiction to look into it. we had only two sets of towels even though we booked the room for 3 ppl, it would be great to organise these things before we arrive in the hotel especially as we only ...
