「This is a clean, friendly, convenient place that's small but fantastic. GREAT value for the space and services. The staff members are young, friendly, and fluent in English. American University and downtown (Nile and many sightseeing attractions) nearby. Breakfast is made-to-order, not an impersonal "continental" layout. 「I booked an apartment with a kitchen, but ended up with a room without one.
There was no explanation for the different room until I pointed it out.
The windows in the room had no glass, just iron bars and a wooden door.
They didn't close properly, so I could hear the noise outside (it's right in front of the bus terminal) all night.
And the heating in the room was broken, so it was cold and I couldn't sleep.
The staff asked me to wait a few minutes, but made me wait tens of minutes.
