「Conveniently located villa with lots of vegetation to admire. Short walk to the boardwalk and trail, I was able to see a couple get married right by the water. The pool is shady so the water was actually quite cool for summer despite being only 3.5' deep. Cute kitchen and we made use of the grill. Bathroom is a good size and the place is just enough for 2 people. Things to see within 30 minutes and modern conveniences like stores and coffee are close by. The host was very responsive and had some...

「We truly enjoyed our stay here! This villa is just beautiful and the hosts are quick to respond and so friendly and helpful. The backyard is like your own personal oasis. There’s lush gardens and trees, outdoor seating, a pool, and a doggy play yard - all of which is fenced in. They also have guest laundry and a bunch of outdoor/beach equipment for guests. It’s not exactly on the water, but with just a short walk across the street and you’re right there at Manatee River. The area where it’s...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The owner was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the pool was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect—close to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The golf cart was a fantastic bonus and made getting around even more convenient. We would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to others! 」
