Step right out onto Eastbourne promenade which is a delightful walk.
Everything in the room and hotel were excellent and the owners were charming.

Check in was super easy and the front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful, not only at check in but throughout our stay.
The first floor apartment itself with its high ceilings was well designed and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, we felt at home straight away and cooked a lovely meal without any problem what so ever, just what we wanted.
The bed was super comfy and the shower room excellent, again everything...

Family room is big enough, especially bath room. Satisfied with breakfast. Good location in front of seaside walk with variety of restaurants nearby.
Only negative point is shower. Water pressure is not strong enough.」
