"Room was dirty, old food on the floor. Bath/shower tap hanging off the wall. Given the wrong room at mobile check in and spent forever in lines trying to get addressed with rude check in staff. "

"We did not get our room cleaned the entire trip. When I asked the cleaning lady she told me to call the front desk to ask .. the only other issue is parking pass. If a person is staying at the hotel should be given a parking pass equivalent to the number of stays. We shouldn't have to over pay for parking when we already are a guest staying .. "

"I booked at Wynn, $700 a night for 3 nights. and when I got there the stuff told me they don’t have availability anymore at Wynn hotel because are multiple conferences in town so I have to go to Encore which is part of Wynn, show them on my phone that my booking from Expedia it say Wynn not Encore the hotel, they told me they are sorry but can’t do anything and next time to book direct with them not Expedia. Super disappointing but I learn my lesson I will not use Expedia next time and definitely not Wynn anymore. "

"The unit was clean, but very dated. Heavy drapes, cracks in the bathroom vanity countertop, telephone to contact front desk directly did not work. Two of the hot tubs were out of order. Really appreciated the bedroom being separate. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would stay again"
