「This place was perfect! We loved that it was right by the water and really peaceful. The house was so nice and the beds were comfortable . It’s a perfect place to get up early, sit on the porch, drink some coffee and enjoy sweet view of the river. 」

「This rental was beautiful very clean and spacious. The location is very convenient if you are visiting the downtown area and for local shopping. The host was prompt with communicating when needed. It is a three story rental so the only issue was how tiring the stairs could be since the elevator was not available to use. I would definitely recommend and book with this host and rental property again. 」

「Really nice place and reasonably priced. I've stayed in more expensive properties not nearly as nice. I do have more dogs than his typical limit but he worked with me to accommodate this. One note, I didn't see a washer/dryer but assume it is in an area not accessible to visitors, but perhaps if you were a longer stay visitor you could work with the property owner on this. 」

「The pictures do not do this property justice. The three story home has 3 beautiful bedrooms, each with luxurious bathrooms. The main bedroom and the living room has a small patio and then there's a rooftop seating area that is an excellent spot for gazing at the Houston night skyline. The quiet area is gated off a not too busy street in a beautiful neighborhood. We did have a couple of issues upon our arrival but the hosts were on top of it and had it resolved the next day.
