「I could go on all day about how great this place is, but I’ll keep it short and sweet. The location is the best. Front porch opens up to Simonton St, right across from The Tipsy Rooster. Bonus: they always have a live acoustic set which we LOVED enjoying from our space. It sits next to Ana’s cafe which offers amazing coffee, Cuban’s and groceries. 「The property and location are great. We were able to drop our luggage off to an off-site office prior to check-in and after check-out. The only issue for my wife was the east facing French Door in the bedroom does not have darkening shades. This could be an issue for guests who want to sleep in past 7am. 」

「We loved the charm of the old Florida cottage feel, but unfortunately, this stay missed the mark for us. The house was surface-level clean, but furniture, towels, and linens had a strong stale smell that lingered on clothes.
