"Cute little cottage perfect for my wife and I. Location is ideal for those who want to be in the heart of old town , only a block from Duval and within a stone’s throw of several great places to get drinks or food. The home is older , but was clean and comfortable. We had to reach out to the owners for two small issues which were addressed very quickly. "

"2nd time and it's a nice relaxing stay.Catch a few fish off the dock or to one of the bridges.And my dogs love it!!"

"Was such a great stay clean and everything we needed "

"This property could have been amazing but it needed a lot of TLC. The cottage was mostly clean but there were a few issues for me. Some crumbs still on kitchen counter top, dirty front porch and you could tell light switches we not wiped down - they were dirty. The property grounds were disappointing as well. the rusty grill, the torn up lawn chairs.thrown around. Definitely needed work around the property."

"We really enjoyed our recent long weekend at the Seagull property! It started with an airport pickup from Wisi, who also picked up our bags after checkout so that we could walk around before our flight. And then he came and met us where we were to run us to the airport-it was fantastic! The property is great, albeit a 10-20 min walk to some places. That said, the quiet was great and the Tipsy Rooster across the street alwyas had great live music at night! It was a great fit for us, although...
