"Location is great. Overall stay was good
Some issues we had:
• Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit.
• The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure.
• There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do."

"The place is a dump. Staff were nice. Proximity to beach is great. The rest is putrid. Holes in the furniture. Holes in the walls. The hvac filter hadn’t been changed in quite some time. The main tv didn’t work. It’s a dump but it has a beautiful beach. "
