The location was perfect! The lazy river was tiny compared to what the implication was, but I never used any of the indoor amenities anyway. The elevators definitely need an update.Because they all go at the same time when you push one button, which causes people to have to wait for quite a while at times. I would definitely stay here again!

The room is large, however dated. The pool and lazy river is small. It took awhile to figure out how to work the TV. The bedding was very light in comfort. No blankets to snuggle under. Just a very thin covering. Room was clean. Hated the carpet though. Ocean front was very nice view. Friendly staff. Overall it was ok.

The location was great, with very good beach access and nice pools. The staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the room was smaller than expected, especially with two beds, and the furniture looked old and outdated. The balcony was also very small. While it did have a beach view, it wasn’t quite what we expected. The kitchenette was very basic, with only a sink and a microwave. The microwave was rusty inside and definitely needs to be replaced. Overall, it was an okay stay, but for the condition and size of the room, I felt the price was a little high. With a better-maintained room and a more functional kitchenette, I would have rated it higher.

Very clean place. Staff was very friendly. The pool guy that was out keeping things clean all tubs up. The 1st place I have been at Myrtle beach that the staff was so attentive to surrounding very helpful with anything we asked. Security people was around watching. Fealt very safe. Will be returning next year

I loved the location of the property! What I didn’t like is the rugs in the room, it was dirty looking and feeling. The bed was hard, says it’s a queen size, but felt more like a full size. Other than the elevator taking forever (which is understandable, there are a lot of floors and people), it was a nice stay. I would recommend this location as it is conveniently situated near the beach and boardwalk.

It was nice. Clean inside. Walkable distance from places. The only thing that sucks, which isn’t the resorts fault, is that at night, cockroaches would crawl up or fly up to the balcony. Those nasty bugs made it impossible to enjoy the balcony at night. But there were no bugs inside, and the resort does routine pest control. Regardless, when I let the front desk know about the cockroaches outside on the balcony at night, they still sent pest control up to spray the inside just in case. So that was nice. There is just nothing you can do about the cockroaches outside, cause that’s where they live. Mind you, you’ll see cockroaches randomly all over Myrtle Beach, not just the resort. All in all, the resort was nice. The pools were nice and clean too.

Positives: Beach view was amazing, hotel location was excellent, everything walking distance. Negatives: Hotels parking lot is not private- I had a hit and run situation with my car and hotel claimed not responsible, not enough elevators for the crowd, no AC at night, shower nob was broken, no valet parking and no one to direct traffic in front while check ins and outs.

The room was hot. 78° all day. 72° at midnight. Maint guy informed us, “Myrtle Beach is just too hot for the AC system”. Then there was the marijuana smell pumping through the vents from the rooms near us. I ‘partake’ myself, but this was disgusting. But yeah, the beach view was great.

This was our 2nd time staying very nice staff very clean great location for access to the beach ⛱️ we have oceanfront view its breathtaking very nice pools and hottub clean well maintained ony complaint would be the elevators during busy season you wait about 30 min to get from your room down on ground 😀 but other than that i would recommend
