Great location within walking distance of boardwalk and restaurants and great viewsbit overall room was filthy and moldy. Thankfully the beds were clean as the rest of the furniture and carpets were nasty.

Amazing location with a great view of the ocean and pier 14. Only complaint is the room was dirty, had not been swept, mopped or vacuumed, mirrors dirty etc. NO BUGS, so that was a huge plus. We would definitely stay again.

it's a nice place to stay if you're not looking for something too nice and just a place to stay while you're there, the views are great and it's walking distance from most things. it's right behind the boardwalk so that's really convenient, the only complaint we had was that the elevators did not have air conditioning so they were extremely hot.
