The Condado Plaza Hotel
Bad experience. Never again. Front desk Liliana rude and 0 customer service. First room assigned dirty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

San Juan Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino
Everyone on staff is polite and friendly- whoever does the hiring for these people is spot on! Last year I stayed in a nice hotel in Isla Verde but I missed the Marriott Stelaris (where I had stayed around 8 or 9 times). So I came back this year and was very happy to be there. Superior service.
