"We had a lovely time here! We were travelling by public transport, and this spot is a little of out of the way, but they sent a shuttle to the train station and it was easy to arrive. It was not clear from their website that the restaurant would not be open for dinner, and the closest restaurant by foot (other than McDonald's) was a 30 minute walk away. That was no problem; we had a nice walk, a great dinner, and really loved the onsen!"

"This hotel is exactly what we were looking for, a more traditional hotel at a quiet location away from the buzzling big cities. The facilities may be a bit dated compared to big brands, but the staff, the food, view and the serene surroundings more than make up the fancy gadgets that might not be available. We look forward to staying at this hotel again."

"El hotel está nuevo, el personal es MUY amable y el lugar es precioso en una zona tranquila con vista al parque, los árboles y los siervos. Caminando llegas a los templos más importantes del parque Nara Habitación muy grande decorada en estilo japonés con una cama enorme con sábanas suaves hay un sofa, una mesa y aún mucho espacio. El baño es grande con ducha y tina y toallas ultra suaves. Excelente!!!"

"My wife and I loved our time at this property. It has a very cute garden where we would sit and have tea. We also enjoyed the art display in the living room, which was all made by the host’s mother. The property is in an area away from the city where we could get a taste of everyday life in Japan, so we were delighted every time we walked to and from the train stations. "Wonderful stay. Lovely kaiseki dinner. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The hot spings were clean and very relaxing after a long day walking and driving. Oh and the view from the room in the morning across the valley was stunning"
