"Excellent service from the staff: attentive, kind, respectful and proactive to my needs. Breakfast and dinner get better the longer you stay. It’s a value ryokan fit for relaxation in the mountains "
"Excellent place to stay! Great views and a true traditional Japanese Ryokan. The garden is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The building is quite old and full of history which adds to the charm. Would stay again. "

"The hotel was modern with comfortable rooms and great amenities. The coffee in the lobby was a highlight. The location is great with transportation and many shopping + dining options close by.
Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond, with outstanding service. Highly recommended. "
"We stayed her overnight after arriving to Osaka from a long flight. The hotel was very close to the train station and Dontobori, easily walkable to both. Great dining, shopping, and entertainment close by. The room was simple, quiet, clean and comfortable and just what we needed to get a good nights rest. The toiletries in the lobby are great and make your skin feel refreshed and moisturized. Breakfast had plenty of diverse options and was worth it for the one night that we stayed. "
"Wonderful hotel. Our room was huge and appeared brand new. It was immaculate with far reaching city views. The housekeeping was excellent and unobtrusive. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine. It was completely silent with true blackout blinds and we slept so well in the super king bed. It was a little walk to Namba station but through the attractive covered shopping and restaurant arcade. I highly recommend this hotel. "
"Seems like the only hotel right in the middle of dotoburi. Very convenient!! Also quite nice to buy some snacks and just head up to eat before heading down for more food hahaha"
