"The hotel location is amazing. Hotel is located inside a “mall”. Food at the restaurants is expensive. We paid $110 USD for the buffet, and $30 USD for 2 drinks at the rooftop bar. Rooms are outdated, mold in the bathroom, told them about it, they “cleaned it”. Is definitely not a 5 stars hotel. Staff was great. Views are okay."

"This place is near to kuromon market and dotonbori. Easy access to japanese food but a bit expensive in this area. Easy to walk to local tour meeting point.Breakfast is frozen frozen. You need to place the food in microwave. "

"Beds are just mattresses put on the floor. Ammenities were in a public common space, not at all convenient. The space to put shoes was extremely tiny, you take one step and it already transitions to the rest of the room. Water for the shower is shared with the sink and only one can be used at a time. Both the pressure and temperature have to be adjust together, and it's extremely difficult to control. After a few minutes, the water turns cold and it has to be readjusted again. No decent chair for the table. Ventilation in the bathroom is poor. Even with the exhaust fan on and the bathroom door open, after a few hours the bathroom is still humid. The only good thing is the fast WiFi."

The staff were consistently helpful, and every morning, the breakfast was fresh and flawlessly organized. With excellent amenities and attention to detail, I’d recommend it 100%."
