It was right at the top of the stairs, which made it extremely convenient to get to any destination in or around Osaka. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"酒店在近鐵站上面，樓下是商場和地鐵連接，很方便，走路可以到心齋橋，地鐵難波站。吃飯逛街很方便。酒店的早餐很好吃，比其他的酒店的多很多。房間比較大又乾淨。大堂在6樓，可能不好找。人員很友善，可以寄行李。樓下火車可以直接到附近城市和機場。床也是比較舒服乾淨。每天會打掃。"

"Enjoyed our time at this property as it had everything along with all of the amenities. As a family of 5 the late night ramen from 9 to 10pm was a hit! I was able to use the onsen 2 times during our 6 night stay (got back too late from universal and expo) and found it good. One large pool along with a small cold pool. Best time to go was during the ramen experience as there was little to know people in the onsen at that time. Hotel provided all of the toiletries that were needed (towels, comb, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Hotel also provided next day transfer services to our next location (Hakone) and the prices were quite reasonable. "

"It’s really convenient to stay in this hotel. Except the air conditioner is not working well. There’s no temperature control device. The weather is quite hot in July as a result the room is not cool and comfortable when we just got in the room. "
