Ok but can be improved

Great location for Nara main attractions. Easy to find restaurants, next to a market, short walk to Nara Park. The place is new, easy to find and easy to use in general. Few things could be improved. Check in instructions were sent in Japanese only and we needed some codes to access the place so it wasn’t straight forward. Towels were super small and the futon super thin you basically sleep on top of the carpet. We have stayed in plenty of futon and tatami hotels in our trip and this one was definitely missing the thick part. Uncomfortable night. Also on arrival, although the place was clean that was a horrible smell that went away once we open the windows and air the room

場所は興福寺のすぐ近くで、便利な場所です。スタッフもいないので、玄関から入って普通の一軒家に下宿しているような感覚です。ワンルームの部屋が狭いので、ロフトに布団が敷いてあります。ロフトの下にあるトイレ、洗面台は独立しているので広いですが、シャワールームは大柄な人には狭いと思います。まだ施設が新しいので綺麗です。ロフトはハシゴで登り降りしますが、中年の自分には落っこちるんじゃないかと不安でしたから、元気な人向けの施設です。あと、部屋や廊下の照明が薄暗い。一番困ったのは、Wi-Fiの問題なのか、YouTubeを見てるとしょっちゅうテレビが止まってしまう、ロフトの上でスマホを見てるとしょっちゅう途切れる、ってなりました。 しかし、ロフトには窓があって、私達の部屋からは商店街が見えて、早朝鹿の群れが通って最高でした！いろいろあってもこの値段なら仕方ない、コスパがいいと思います。

ロフトに上がるハシゴが壁に備え付けではなく、引っ掛けてあるものだったので、寝起きは気をつけて昇降しました。 他は、コンパクトに全て揃っていて、とてもよかったです。

コンパクトで無駄がない室内、清潔で快適でした。唯一気になったのは、ロフトベッドが思ったより高い位置にあり、ハシゴでの上り下りが少し怖かったくらいです。周りの部屋の音はよく聞こえますが、皆さん夜と朝は静かに過ごしていたので、問題ありませんでした。

宿は商店街の中にありとても便利です。 奈良公園までも徒歩圏内です。 飲食店や買い物には困りません。 宿の中の共同キッチンや洗濯機を自由に使えるスペースは素晴らしいサービスです。 ここは、コスパ最強です。 また行きたいし、次は長期宿泊したいです！

ならまちの風情のある場所の真ん中にあって、周辺の散策がしやすく楽しかった。 ダブルの布団はロフトだと狭く（落ちそう）窮屈だったので、３人部屋にしたのだが、かけ布団が１枚しかなく、ロフトで寝るしかなかったことが不満。２人以上であれば、１階のソファベッドでも寝られるようにしてほしいと思った。

奈良の駅からは少しありますが徒歩圏内だし主要観光地にはアクセスがしやすいです。 今回ビジネス利用でしたが家族でも利用出来そうです。 部屋はソファベッドとロフトに布団があるのでプライベート重視ならこの部屋が良いと思います。音は気にならないです。また利用しようと思います。
