"The location of the hotel is great and convenient. It is close to 2 stations and Namba Walk is just outside. Dotonbori and Kuromon Market are easily walkable as well. The room is spacious but I can tell it is quite old but still clean. The amenities on offer are great as well. The staff are really helpful and courteous. The laundry facilities is the biggest I have seen in my travels. They also have lots of dining options at the lower levels of the hotel plus a lounge you can relax at next to reception. "

"Spotless rooms, kind and helpful staff, great lounge, ample toiletries items provided in lobby, very convenient location for those new to Osaka, Kitahama station is right outside the front door providing easy access to Shin-Osaka, Dotonbori, Shinsekai, and Nipponbashi. Within walking distance to Osaka Castle. LGBTQ welcoming and we lived our stay here. Bonus there is a great cafe and Family Mart downstairs."

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I especially appreciated how helpful they were when I needed a last-minute cab ride to the airport — they arranged it quickly and made the process stress-free. I will definitely come back and book here again. Highly recommended!"
