Our late night check in was quick and easy - a link was sent ahead of our stay to provide guest information and photo of passport to make the check in process seamless for when we arrived at the hotel. A great location with Tsuruhashi station exit just outside of the hotel. There’s plenty to eat in the area and three convenience stores to choose from just minutes walk from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again. "

"WE LOVED IT!! so amazing and so pretty and near the station ugh just what we needed for my DAS auntie who has trouble walking the station was close by with an elevator. DAS service was very amazing. We love the staff and the unlimited amenities. Room was nice and clean and perfect. Thank you richmond hotel for our nice stay in OSAKA!! whoooo will be coming back !!!"
