Great hotel! The staff was super helpful and friendly no matter the hr! Everything was clean and new so, the area of the hotel was also perfect. Short walk away from dotonbori and a short walk to the nearest subway station. Amazing stay!

The hotel was very nice. The place is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful and polite. The cafeteria area was kept very clean and had a microwave that you can use anytime as well as table and chairs which were all very clean. The hotel is just a 8-10min walk to the nearest train station and close to amenities. Would highly recommend!

it was a cute hotel close to namba station. as a woman who stayed alone it was very safe and comfortable and super easy to get around osaka from this location. i was able to access the shinkansen easily as well as go to various shopping districts within 20 min

Feels quite fresh and new. Rooms were nice and bright and had everything you need. Washing and dryer facilities were also good with three washing machines and three dryers (500yen to wash and then I used two dryers at 200yen each). Lawson across the road, sushi train nearby and access to multiple stations + LUUP e bike/scooter bay on street

The hotel was a short walk from the trai. Station. What stood out the most was the staff. They took their time to show us the hotel roof top soda bar and emphasized it's 24 hour availability and all inclusiveness. Would definitely stay here again

Staff was very welcoming and gave us early check in which I really appreciated since we walked 20 minutes on the sun to arrive here. The room was clean, spacious; The hotel looked clean as well. There is some very faint train noise due to the location next to the tracks but it's not really that bad; The only note I have is that there's nothing going on in the area so you have to either take a taxi or walk to the station to get to places; Otherwise excellent.

This was the first leg of our trip, and we stayed here for three days. The place is very convenient and close to Dotonbori, as well as convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There is also a farmers market close to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was well maintained. It is also within walking distance of the metro station. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
