"Amazing room, especially for the price, even as a solo traveller. Would definitely recommend (and have done to friends and family already). Great location, can see the deer from the window. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Basically an apartment, with a hob to cook on, a washing machine, just amazing. I can praise highly enough. The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. "The good: The air conditioner is a strong one. It keeps the room cool (with curtain drawn) even under July heat wave. Big shower room with bathtub is very good. Close to the yodobashi station, which is a plus. Have airport shuttle bus right downstairs makes getting to the airport very convenient. The windowed observation level on 16th is a good place for a good view from high up. Laundry room has enough machine and is very well monitored. Really appreciates the hotel actively monitor and remove clothes left idle too long to make room for others. The not so good: Door to the toilet room is very tight, barely able to close and open with me inside. Same goe for the the toilet room throughout the facility. Noisy at times, not from neighbors but from extremely loud (Harley division level) bike and certain cars that like to roam the area late t night. It over powered the tv sound and I stayed on 27th floor, not sure if it would be worst lower level."

"This hotel is in the perfect location of Namba! The check in process was smooth, the entire hotel staff was great. The hotel scent was perfect, we knew this was the perfect hotel for our stay. Especially the bunk bed setup, our kids said this was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed and we have stayed at many many hotels. Thank you for your hospitality, we can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!"
