「We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called.
I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up.
Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. 」
「We stayed in this hotel last night for 1 night. The location is perfect to get to Ross-on-Wye and is located on A road.
The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. 2 rooms were allocated to us opposite each other which was convenient for a family.
Large rooms and bathrooms, very clean with attention to details. Very comfy bed.
Food was also very good. My children loved it.
Overall great experience. We are planning to go back for a long weekend in September and will definitely stay in...

「A lovely pub stay in a beautiful village. The staff work very hard to ensure their guests enjoy their stay and I certainly did! As a solo traveller, I felt safe and not out of place at all. Dinner and breakfast both delicious. Room perfect with thoughtful little touches. The entrance was narrow as others have mentioned but not too awful. Highly recommend! 」
