Excellent accommodation.

The accommodation is located right near a bus stop and shops which is handy for food etc the area is quite safe and the price for a room of the quality we had is very good .

I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom for 2 nights. I was lucky and had the bathroom to myself. Fir what I paid for my 2 nights I thought it was good value Room was clean and comfortable, but a bit dated. Lots of parking. Helpful friendly staff. Good location for exploring the Gorest of Dean.

A Nice Motel

Did everything we wanted, very clean. Nice to have the tea, coffee and biscuits. Next to a police station which was reassuring. Quiet location within easy walk of the town (excellent Thai restaurant btw) It was a warm night and the room was a little stuffy Overall we were very pleased

That extra mile!

Brilliant service- I ordered a SN disabled room but the message did not get to the hotel from the Hotel.com website. The customer service was extremely good and rooms were made available. Great rooms too.

Dog friendly

We stayed for two nights with our dog. We had a room which opened straight onto the path/carpark,which was ideal with the dog. Parking was easy directly in front of the room . The room was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed,free WiFi and tea/coffee making facilities. 5 minute walk to town centre .
