「The stay was okay, although the property is a bit farther from the train station and the main tourist attractions than I expected. The room was generally clean. However, when I switched on the electric fan, a lot of dust blew out because it was very dusty. I had to take the fan downstairs to the reception and ask for it to be cleaned. The other guests were really noisy, coming in late and singing but that's not the fault of the hotel. We would definitely stay again」

「We really liked the convenience factor for the wedding we were attending in Eridge. The rooms (x3) were basic with a king bed ( a Superking would have fitted) , two old looking arm chairs ( from a care home?) a VERY modern glass desk and modern oak headboard. The paint colours on the walls were nice, but the carpet was a sort of light charcoal (sensible rather than pretty) and the huge Roman blind was a strong cream with two strips of dark brown either side. It was as if three different people...

「Got to the hotel ...no restaurant like advertised, no bar like advertised. Staff were supposed to be on reception at 8o'clock ...didn't turn up till the afternoon. People tried to phone with no response. I have been halfway around the world staying in hotels. This had so many negatives. Wouldn't advice people to book it」
