"Grand Hotel Du Lac is an amazing place to stay and very convenient. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. Kati Ng is specially helpful and always goes out of her way to help us out booking our activities she even brought us Pomelo after finding out that we love fruits- she is such a lovely lady. It is our 3rd time staying at tbis hotel. We keep because the staff is genuinely cares about their guest. "

"Jimmi was so very helpful and excellent in his care and customer service and did everything to make my stay wonderful- booking tours, taxis etc which were perfect and didn’t require payment until I checked out.
