「From the moment we arrived, all staff was very helpful and willing to help make sure our stay was pleasant. We had an excellent room view and conditions. The only recommendation we have is more night guest entertainment and believe needs to be better.」

「I wouldn’t say this is a 5star hotel, it’s more like a 3. The actual grounds is what make it beautiful, the palm trees and ambiance. The rooms are outdated and smell funny sometimes like a sewer. Our phone in the room never worked and I brought it up to reception and nothing was done. So we couldn’t order room service or God forbid a call if we had an emergency. Towels were scarce and I had to go to reception to get my own as well as toilet paper. The food was nothing sort of amazing, not many...

「This resort was amazing! The staff were very welcoming, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Samuel by the pool was the best! Roman and Yennifer in the restaurant were so sweet. Nicolas the security guard was very welcoming and made us feel safe. The beach was breath taking and the rooms were modern and clean. Although I would recommend more food options in the restaurant and more typical Dominican food options I did enjoy the pad Thai and salmon. The customer service is truly unmatched. I...

「Excelente alojamiento.

「Excelente!!」

「The staff had the most amazing service I’ve ever had. The food was average could be better and I wish they did later drinks and food.」

「I arrived and let them know for check in. Although room check in was at 3, it wasn’t ready until 330. Afterwards, the WiFi in the hotel wasn’t working during the duration of our stay and the water in the room was not hot. The room was very clean and the pool had a nice view. Breakfast was good. 」

「Clean room, excellent staff service, good breakfast and Beautiful ocean view.」
