「The hotel was ok」

「I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay at the Costarena Beach Hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful and always responded kindly to my requests and needs. My taxi back to the bus to transport to the airport was very late and I was concerned I could not get there in time, but my wonderful friend at the desk called another and made sure I arrived on time. 「The service was excellent. We were able to see the whales from our room with binoculars. My only concern was that the all inclusive did not include beverages in the room fridge. If you wanted a soda you had to go to the bar.」

「The hotel has the potential to be a best in class place. The infrastructure is there but staff should be better trained. There was no water from 3-5 PM in our rooms for 2 days and the person checking us in AT 3:00 should have informed us of that.
