「Stuffs are all kind and friendly and laundry free of charge is really helpful. Just one point is there are few shops/restaurants near the hotel.」

「The staff and service at this hotel were top notch - so pleasant and helpful. The property was very clean and had an necessary amenities. The hotel is also very centrally located, making getting around the city a breeze. The only thing that requires improvement, from my perspective, is adjusting the water temperature in the shower as the flow is not consistent (scalding one moment, cold the next). On the plus side, water pressure was excellent. 」

「近隣のホテルも悪くはないですが、快適さで言うとKigali Marriottが一番です。 その分、お値段も張りますが・・・ 同行の方が補聴器をなくされたのですが、フロントに伝えるときっちり調べてくれ、報告もくれました。無事に見つかりましたが、対応も素晴らしかったです。」
