"We were totally disappointed reaching the VENUS APARTMENT KIGALI due to the following reasons: 1. The area is far away from the main city, but to bluff the renters, they marked the Venus Aprtment in the middle of the Kigali city, inside a circle of the main road. 2. The staff was surprised to see us, he called the owner and handed over the mobile to us to talk. The owner was surprisied hearing from us that we booked his apartment..!!! "Fraudulent. These lovely pictures of an apartment were displayed on the Expedia site and I went ahead and paid for it. When I contacted the host about my reservation, he rudely informed me that the place was not available even though I had paid for it on the site because it was available for my dates. The host was rude, unresponsive and unwilling to help. He offered an alternative property which was dingy, uncomfortable and ugly with stained and torn bedsheets. A far cry from what was advertised...
