This is probably the best hotel in Kigali. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to help you, particularly in the restaurant. This is my go-to place in Kigali!

Radisson Blu was perfect for our stay in Rwanda!! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Our entire stay we marvelled at how often we were offered help and service. The dining options were fantastic, the breakfast buffet had everything you could want as some new things to try. Linda in guest relations goes out of her way to help make your stay extra special. The Kigali Heights Mall across the street was great. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is quite nice. Some of the room amenities were outdated and there was a water leak in the bathroom but overall not a deal breaker. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was great. Having said that, my credit card information was stolen from swiping at the hotel terminal and nowhere else. I expected better from Radisson.

Good afternoon! This was my husband and I first time visiting Rwanda. The security and front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and convenient. Aime was the best person on the staff. He made sure my husband and I were well cared for. When he saw us, he didn’t want us to carry anything. We also loved his commitment and love for his country! Now the negative! My husband and I got married in Rwanda on April 27th, we decided to have a spa day the day before. The service wasn’t that great. The part that upset me was while paying the staff gossip about us while standing there. They believed because they were speaking in their native tongue we didn’t understand. I make it a point to learn some things before traveling and to download a good translation app. I thought it was extremely unprofessional. Although, I would visit the hotel again, I would not utilize the spa. The second negative is room service and the restaurant in the convention center is EXTREMELY slow. On average it took over 1.5 hours or more to receive our order. The last time I went to the restaurant, I almost walked out because I sat there for about 20 minutes before someone brought our menus and took the order. The worst part there were less 10 people in the restaurant, so I can’t understand the long wait. I would not recommend the shopping centers behind the hotel because they will over price you. Only use the shopping center to use ATM.
