We cannot say enough about the Andaz Lisbon. The staff was attentive and incredibly helpful. The hotel has a swanky, elevated boutique feel, and the rooms were comfortable and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated and so inviting. And the location was EVERYTHING! Perfect for exploring Lisbon. Highly recommend — we will definitely be back.

I loved the location, the property, our room, the food, the service and all the staff. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was friendly, helpful and wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things about them!!

What a find! The staff (everyone) couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. The room was spacious with a very comfortable king size bed, and roomy bathroom (especially for Europe). The breakfast was a shining star of goodness and breadth of choice. A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either. Brand new hotel, we really liked it. Staff was helpful and accommodating, good location - a few minutes walk to the center of town and the historic area, a block or two further than the NH collection hotel. Nice breakfast which was a nice way to start the morning with a selection of both hot and cold dishes and coffee. We would definitely recommend staying at the NH porto jardim.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are great, dinning amazing, all perfect.

It was a nice property but a little far from the City Gates, you had to walk past a large construction site and it was a narrow walkway. The breakfast was good however, it never varied - everything was the same each and every day. I felt like the servers only were gracious when they received a tip.

Everyone was very good about helping us. Really appreciated that everyone spoke English. Rooms were great..
