The hotel is located in the city center, it’s easy to maneuver around, upon checking in, there is a two hour walking tour offered to all travelers at no cost. Eleanor was amazing during the tour around the neighborhood. Baixa is flat versus the hills you encounter in the older neighborhoods. All of my additional accommodations were reserved through the hotel which included two private tours to Fatima...

"This was a very nice hotel I had the deluxe single room on the small side, but perfectly appointed. It’s a beautiful space. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet custom omelette brought to my table. The room was quiet. It had excellent light prevention. It was easy to sleep. The linens were soft and the mattress was perfect. Each staff member I encountered was very courteous and polite, and answered my questions. It is across the street from Oriente bus and train station. Easiest location I would stay...
