"Hotel is located in a great location. it is close to many of the Lisbon attractions. It is 5 minutes walk to the water (No hills), 2 Minutes to bus to take you to the top of Alfama. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, with many options for everyone in your group, Fruits, Seafood, Egg, bacon, different types of breads and sweets. Rooms were cleaned daily, Shower was great with rain shower head. Hair dryer was powerful, They had magnifying mirror with light in the bathroom. My room was very quite, even though hotel is located in the busy area."

"Elegant hotel in a central location with lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Well-furnished comfortable room with no noise whatever. It is in a pedestrian zone, so you have to walk about three minutes to get a taxi or Uber. If you depart the hotel in early morning and the hotel calls your taxi, they can pick you up right at the door. Good restaurant for lunch and breakfast. Hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful. Clean room with spacious bathroom. No washcloth but that is common in Europe. Our fourth floor room was large but the outer 20% of the room had a slanted ceiling which could bump a head. Request a different type room when booking if this would bother you. Windows are somewhat small but accessible. Overall we liked the hotel very much and would stay here again."

"Augusta Grand Hotel was incredible. It had just opened so was brand new in September 2026. Management was very particular to every detail so the entire experience was amazing. The dining area on 6th floor provides a wonderful breakfast. The rooms were incredible with every amenity new and well thought out. Gorgeous bedding and decor. Bathroom was great with spectacular shower. I travel extensively and stay in many high end hotels and think Augusta Grand was exceptional and reasonably priced. The street out front is bustling with great nightlife so you are in the heart of Lisbon in a brand new hotel. I could not recommend this hotel more highly."

"We stayed and a private 4-bed room. It was small but clean and adequate. Had a very small balcony area but enough to stand and watch the street and take the fresh air. The women's bathroom is a shared bathroom but there was never anybody in it when I was there. Three separate showers with lovely hot water. The door was loud when open and closing. Really loved the special breakfast Tafys on the ground floor. Cappuccino was also great. We found the location great to walk to many dining area areas, Rossio, Baixa and you can catch tram 28 in just a few steps away from the hostel. There was also a great coffee shop with pastries around the corner. Communal kitchen available on the fifth floor but we didn't take advantage of it as we ate out every night . Front desk staff were super helpful. I would stay here again if ever back in Lisbon"
