Our stay was absolutely incredible and so memorable thanks to the wonderful team here. We came to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing time. The apartments are spacious and beautifully curated. The location is absolutely perfect and central to so many things. The cleanings and fresh towels were much appreciated. The staff was the best part, they communicate so kindly and efficiently - they even booked us a private car service to / from the airport which I 100% recommend and it made everything completely stress free. They also coordinated with my friend, in a difference country, on a little birthday surprise in our room! Absolutely will stay here again and definitely recommend it to all who are coming to Lisbon!

I usually stay in hotels with just the room but staying here has changed my mind. The apartment was spacious, clean had a great view of the Sq and is everything and better than I could have asked for. Beautiful building central location to everywhere with metro, buses and trams all nearby. Shops and restaurants all araound you. Thankyou to the team for excellent communication throughout the whole stay. I would gladly recommend and would definitely co e back here if I was in Lisbon again.

An Excellent place to stay. You are greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. The apartment was big with everything you need for your stay. Very clean with fresh linens changed often. Security was top notch. The place is quiet despite its location in the centre of a busy square. We will return.

The location is exceptional—within walking distance of many of Lisbon’s most popular landmarks and surrounded by fantastic dining options. The apartments are beautifully furnished, charming, and thoughtfully designed. What truly sets Residentas Arco do Bandeira apart, however, is the outstanding customer service. The team is incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making you feel right at home from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, with a welcoming table set for the four of us. The beds were very comfortable and the location was terrific. Lots of hot water for showers. Overall, a wonderful experience!!!

L-shaped couch converted to two single beds that were already made up. Lots of pillows for sleeping were provided as well.
