Loved the room. Despite it being central and on a busy street - it was extremely quiet. The property Manager Vera was exceptional and helped with all of our planning needs while we were there.

1. Bathroom smelt horrible upon arrival for most of stay. Spread into surrounding rooms making place uninhabitable. 2. Air conditioner working but made constant loud vibrational sound every 30 seconds and could not sleep even when unit was off!. 3. Shower was leaking even onto restaurant below and we noticed water on floor during second night so there is a leak in the bathroom likely contributing to the smell as well I assume. 4. There was a fire alarm the second night at 10pm (just as my two kids under 11 and i were going to bed) and NO ONE at hotel was there to guide the people staying in the apartments. All the residents were outside and we even took our passports in case in our pajamas as could have been a fire. Tried calling emergency number they provided but could not get a live agent to help until after 30 minutes. Tried calling police and fire and even they hung up on us. When we finally got in touch with the hotel agent via whatsapp (no one came to the hotel to address it), he directed ME to turn the alarm off for him at the main switchboard! 5. The room never said it had a alley view (website shows only square facing rooms and never mentions this view on our booking) and there was a huge amount of construction noise would start at 7:30am everyday. Also a garbage truck comes by at midnight every night and woke us up. -Thanks to Vera for helping us get in another apartment close by for our last night. (A/C broken in that room). I’m not exaggerating. Thx.

We had a fantastic stay at Residentas Arco do Bandeira. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city and just steps away from metro and bus routes, which made getting around incredibly easy. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and all the cooking essentials. The two-bedroom layout was perfect for our family, offering both space and privacy. Despite being so centrally located, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax and rest well after long days of exploring. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a convenient, well-equipped place to stay in Lisbon.

The apartment is nicely decorated, with tea and snacks thoughtfully set out to welcome guests. However, the entrance is hard to find and very dark at night, which felt a bit unsafe. Our room was on the second floor facing the back alley, which was quite noisy especially when people walked by or when garbage trucks came through. The washing machine didn’t work properly, and our clothes got stuck inside. The building is quite old, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

the apartment foundation has settled a bit over the years causing the rooms to be tiled about 5 degrees. We felt a bit dizzy. the location is great, however, the seafood restaurant below it dumps their trash in front of the entrance leaving some less than nice odors. again, we loved the location. thanks for everything.

This property is is historic itself and is in the perfect location to experience everything Lisbon Center offers. We loved the spacious rooms with awesome views and the staff was extremely helpful. Nice property. Fairly good location. Management did a great job during the country wide power outage. One suggestion would be to include a flashlight and batteries in each apartment. It was difficult to punch in the codes for the doors in the dark while our cell phones were running out of battery life. Washer works great. Dryer is not the best

The property is perfectly located and the hospitality is great. Room was clean and well maintained for such an old building. Unfortunately, where we were situated, there was a lot of noise between the hours of 2300-0400. Garbage truck comes at 0000 and crowds gather and yell until 0400. Other than that, great place.
