「The property was listed as pet friendly on Expedia, which was the primary reason I booked it. Pets not allowed. Expedia contacted the property manager regarding the discrepancy, and despite my providing screenshots clearly showing the property advertised as pet friendly, the refund request was denied. This was extremely disappointing customer service, especially given that this was a mid-week, off-season reservation with very low likelihood that the room would have otherwise been occupied. 「A very convenient hotel off Hwy 2 and very reasonable for the price. The room was very comfortable and their breakfast was excellent. It was within walking distance to several good restaurants and will definitely stay here again when in the area.」

「Maybe because it's a resort price, but it was too expensive. It's worth $170. In the room, there was no space for luggage or a table other than the beds. Only one of the three lights in the bath space was on. There was heavy resistance in opening and closing the bathroom door. Even if the pool was dim, no lights were on. The only thing I was happy about was that the women at the front were very nice.」
