「When we arrived the room door would not close and lock and the air would not work. The desk clerk seemed to flip a switch and everything work. There was no security at the side doors. Anyone could come in. The bed was like sleeping on lumpy concrete. No towel holders so you clean towels were laying on the sink and back of the toilet. No advertised breakfast.
