"The staff, especially Matthew the GM, went over and above on our stay. I’ve never had anyone at breakfast at a hotel ever in my travels (which has been a lot) so through and ask each table how breakfast was and if they could get us anything. Housekeeping was helpful. Sarah at the front desk was great. We will definitely be back for our next conference."

"Check in was horrible because the person was not trained well in using the computer system took almost 45min as there were 3 people in front of me checking in at 8pm. . Room was clean but only had enough toilet paper for one time use despite there being 2 spots for toilet paper. Front desk was able to get us some right away. Checkout in the morning was none existent at 7am.! Rang the bell on the counter, called the phone twice and yelled “Is anyone around”. Waited 15min before just setting key cards down and leaving. Seems like they need to do a better job at staffing and training their team properly."

"Under construction with loud banging in the AM. Very humid in the room itself like the building wasn't being properly airconditioned. Im the room, there was a strange/moldy odor. Some of the staff were helpful, and let us switch rooms. The room cleaner found our tablet and made sure we got it back after switching rooms which was a life saver. One of the breakfast staff members was unprofessional and clearly just wanted to talk on her phone and was annoyed by the presence of guests. I get the stress but try to take that into the back room. There is a water bottle refill station which is nice The rooms themselves are clean. Stairs need help. There is always coffee and hot water in the foyer which is awesome."

"Overall very nice stay. Front desk staff was cheerful and pleasant, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and clean but no microwave. We were there as a family with 2 kids so visiting the pool was a top reason I chose this hotel. First off, the pool room is nice and warm, lots of seating too. Unfortunately there were no towels so I had to go to the front desk in my bathing suit and ask for some. Also, there were trash items some other people left behind on one of the tables and some stray pieces of clothes in random spots. Definitely not the hotel staff's fault, but perhaps they could have a staff member check that area more often."
