"This house is truly one of a kind. We were in town for a college graduation with our teen son and my parents. The open floor plan was perfect for meals and games together. "This worked out really well for our stay prior to our daughter's graduation. Cute property and very close to campus. The only thing I would mention is that it says it sleeps 5, but I'm not sure how.
