This has to be the most convenient place to stay on the island. It’s a very short walk to Jet Express dock and all the bars/restaurants on Delaware Ave. we would stay here again!

This condo was at a perfect location! Close to all bars/restaurants. The bar/restaurant at the condo was really convenient. The staff were amazing!

We only stayed for 1 night, but would definitely stay here again. We missed the earlier ferry back to PIB, and the owner made sure to be there when we got back at 9:30pm to make sure we got into our suite. Perfect location, close enough to the fun,but far enough so you're not right in the middle of the crowd. Nothing fancy about the room, but it was perfect because youre not spending all day in it. Also just a 4 minute walk to jet express and a minute walk to the taxi depot.

Great location to enjoy Put In Bay! Our stay was enjoyable, the staff was kind & helpful. Basic housing needs are met. Their outside patio access was a nice addition, and the only real amenity they have. It was a bit difficult to find their office to check in, but after that all was well.

We had an issue with our room when we first arrived, but the staff at Harbour Suites went above and beyond to make it right. They responded quickly, brought us another bed, and even treated our entire group to drinks and lunch. Their customer service was excellent, and we really appreciated how seriously they took our concerns. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters, and Harbour Suites exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making the rest of our stay so enjoyable!

We had an amazing stay there. We had done a sailing race overnight and were exhausted from not sleeping for over 40 hours- we were allowed to stow our bags while we waited for room to be cleaned, and then allowed to check in a bit early. Took a 5hr nap and felt wonderful, we were able to enjoy the night life comfortably. The atmosphere is fun- lively, we were concerned it might be a bit noisy at night but the music stopped at 10 and I’ve never stayed somewhere so quiet! We will definitely come back .

The stay was good and located close to everything in Put In Bay, which made easy walking to see sights. The room had several beds to sleep on. We chose the bed on the right of the room to sleep in, only to find the mattress sheet didn't fit the bed and kept coming of mattress, mattress is wore out on the left side and the right side, kept sliding to the middle of the bed. We didn't try the other beds due to not wanting to mess up a bunch of beds for them to make. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Older hodpodge of buildings. Loud obnoxious country western music at the Marg Bar connected to the hotel. Very slow internet that was unusable and did not allow any TV viewing. Huge spacious room with good cold a/c. No real check in desk and no one to call or help with issues. My advise- stay away from this property.

Overall room was fine. People were so loud into the night but I guess that’s Put-in-Bay. People in the other rooms were singing and yelling until 4 am. There is no staff onsite after 9, so no one to notify. The floor was very dirty. We got caught in some rain and we tried to clean up the floor and the towel was very dark after. We weren’t there to really watch TV but I did try to turn it on to drown out the noise and the TV didn’t work. Overall we had a good time there but the hotel was meh.

Place was really clean. We like that. We went on the 4th of July and stayed 2 nights. Checked out on Monday. 4th was a little crazy, but that's to be expected. We actually had a really good time. Fireworks were great and all the tourists were really well behaved. Noise died down after midnight on the 4th. Sunday night was peaceful. The staff was also very accomodating. Got my daughter a small bed with a nice mattress so she wouldn't have to sleep on the pull-out bed. I didn't ask for it....they offered. I tipped them $20. Never have I done that. Awesome service. I hope they do well. Would stay again.
